Receiving Assistance

The Sally Burton Food Pantry helps people in need of food and hygiene items throughout Hamilton and Northern Marion Counties.

Hours: 
Tuesday 11:30am - 1pm
Thursday 6-7:30pm
Saturday 10-11:30am 

Closed on all major holidays 

Food pantry visitors may come once per month to receive food and hygiene items. Please bring a photo ID each time you come, as well as your barcode card (issued on your first visit) in order to receive assistance. 

Volunteering

There are a variety of volunteer opportunities including pick up & delivery of food, Spanish interpreters, bagging groceries and more. 

While our food pantry is always in need, we have seen a significant increase in the past 6 months. Here are the items we most need:

• Rice/pasta sides
• Condiments and spices/seasonings
• Produce
• Frozen meat (ground beef, chicken breast, etc)
• Diapers and hygiene items from our Amazon Wish List

Kroger Community Rewards

Kroger Rewards Members can designate a charity for Kroger to contribute to each time you make a purchase. This doesn't cost anything or ​impact your ​Rewards ​Points. To participate:

• Download the Kroger app on your phone
• Open the app and click the person icon on the left
• Go to Payment Resources --> Community Rewards
• Click on "Search Organization" and find St. Louis de Montfort Catholic Church
• Click "Enroll"
• That's it! From there Kroger will automatically donate a small percentage from your purchases to our Food Pantry.
