CYO (Catholic Youth Organization)

  CYO promotes Catholic values, physical fitness, self-discipline, mental alertness, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Coaches are needed for chess, football, kickball, cross country, basketball, wrestling, volleyball, baseball, soccer, softball and track. Time commitment includes coaching approximately 3 times per week during that sport’s season.

All parishioners are eligible to play CYO and Mini Cardinal sports…you do NOT have to be an SLDM student.

SLDM Girls Basketball Evaluations for Grades 4-8 Monday, December 1st

• Grade 4 after school until 4:30pm

• Grades 5 &6 @ 5-6:30pm

• Grades 7&8 @ 6:45-8:15pm

*You must be registered to attend, wear athletic clothing and shoes, and bring a water bottle. Parents are asked to remain outside of the gym while evaluations are taking place. 

SLDM GIRLS Basketball OPEN GYM Sessions Grades 4-8th

• Sunday Nov 30, 2025 3pm-5pm

Please Return CYO Uniforms ASAP

Please return your CYO uniform(s) as soon as possible. Place the clean uniform(s) in a bag with your child’s name on it, and return it to the CYO bin inside the parish office door (open 24 hours) or the entryway of the school.  A $100 fee will be charged for all unreturned uniforms. Mini Cardinal players keep their uniforms.  Thank you!
