Jonathan has served the construction industry for more than 25 years, overseeing a project portfolio exceeding $700 million in successfully completed work. As Vice President of Construction Operations at Envoy, he ensures projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining a client-focused approach to construction management. His leadership emphasizes professionalism, integrity, and accountability throughout every phase of a project.
Melissa serves as Vice President of Customer Operations at Citizens Energy Group, which provides natural gas, thermal energy, water, and wastewater services to approximately 900,000 residents and thousands of businesses throughout the Indianapolis area. She brings more than 27 years of experience in utilities and utility infrastructure, including 16 years with Citizens in leadership roles across Energy Operations and Customer Operations. Prior to Citizens, she worked with Rinker Materials, Leppert Concrete Products, and Infrastructure Contractors.
At St. Louis de Montfort, Melissa has served on the School Advisory Council, Parish Finance Council, and Long Range Planning Committee. She is also a member of CRHP Team 42, has coached CYO kickball and volleyball, and currently serves as Treasurer of the School PTO.
Nick serves as an Advisor and Development Partner at GDI Companies, providing strategic guidance on the firm's national real estate development platform. With nearly 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, he has played a key role in developing investment strategies and leading major commercial real estate transactions.
Prior to joining GDI, Nick served as Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer at Duke Realty, where he oversaw acquisitions, dispositions, and the company's joint venture business. During his tenure, Duke Realty completed landmark transactions totaling more than $8.5 billion.
Bob has worked in architecture, construction, and facilities management for nearly 40 years. He began his career in 1986 designing and building custom homes before transitioning into residential general contracting, specializing in interior and exterior remodeling projects.
In 2010, Bob joined St. Louis de Montfort part time while continuing his contracting work. He later moved into a full-time role with the parish and transitioned fully into facilities management. In 2021, he became Maintenance Supervisor, where he oversees the care and maintenance of the parish campus.
Joe joined St. Louis de Montfort as Director of Operations in July 2025. Before coming to the parish, he spent 13 years managing finance and administration for more than one million square feet of facilities at IU Indianapolis, including residence halls, student unions, fitness centers, offices, and classroom spaces.
During his tenure at IU Indianapolis, Joe developed the financial plans for the university's newest 700-bed residence hall and led financial planning for numerous renovation projects across the campus facilities portfolio.
