SLDM is currently seeking candidates for two positions.
The first is a full-time Coordinator of Adult Formation, Women’s Ministries, and Youth. This role involves strategic planning and coordination of ministry efforts for adults, with a focus on women’s ministry and youth formation for junior high and high school girls. Responsibilities include leading initiatives like the Rescue Project and Barstool Theology, and supporting prayer opportunities. The second position is a part-time Coordinator of OCIA and OCIC, responsible for guiding those interested in becoming Catholic through formation and faith development. This role involves planning, coordinating formation sessions, and leading volunteer teams.
Coordinator of Adult Formation, Women’s Ministries and Youth Full-Time Position
Assist in planning overall evangelization efforts
Act as a point person for female disciple makers
Evaluate formation options specific to women
Lead Youth Formation for Junior High and High School Young Ladies
Accompany individual women through Reach More formation
Discern additional evangelization efforts at SLDM
Develop teams of parishioners for formation opportunities like the Rescue Project, Barstool Theology, Fidelis Nights, Mary’s Way, and bible studies
Provide oversight for numerous prayer opportunities at SLDM

Responsible for effective strategic planning, coordination, and delivery of efforts to welcome individuals desiring to become Catholic.
Acts as the main point of contact for those exploring the Catholic Faith.
Establishes relationships with individuals exploring the faith.
Coordinates the formation experience required to develop faith and prepare individuals to enter the Church.
Establishes the overall approach to accompanying individuals seeking to become Catholic.
Facilitates formation sessions.
Recruits and leads a team of volunteers to assist in the formation process.
