If you were the patron saint of something, what would it be?
I'd be the patron saint of charcoal grilling!

Who is your favorite saint, and why?
King David! I love his story, from his humble beginnings as a shepherd to becoming king. God calls him a man after His own heart, and you can really see that in the way he worships through the psalms, so honest and genuine. One of my favorite moments is when he brings the tabernacle into Jerusalem and is so filled with joy that he can’t help but dance before God. Some of my best prayer moments come from reading King David’s story and praying the psalms.

What do you love about working for the Church/SLDM?

I love the focus on prayer and formation within our SLDM staff. Whether it’s praying the Angelus each day, gathering for weekly prayer, the occasional staff formation, or spending time together in monthly adoration, there are so many opportunities to encounter God and grow close to one another.
